I care.

I care a lot.

Thus I scare.

I scare to think my feelings will clot.

That my bleeding will stop.

Would it be possible to drop

All my ideals

When someone steals

From my soul when I am down

And what of all the honesty I’ve shown!

What would be their worth

When beyond life I move forth!
